What a remedial quotation should explain

It also identifies work that depends on access, electrical provision or another trade.

Heating, normal ventilation use and moisture generation continue to affect indoor humidity after building work. For that reason, remedial work cannot responsibly be presented as a permanent mould guarantee under every pattern of occupancy and maintenance.
