For damp-proofing, ventilation and construction works, a written quotation will be provided after inspection so the scope can be priced accurately.
Parkside's Level 2 and Level 3 services are construction-led property condition reports and are not RICS Home Surveys or RICS Building Surveys.
Why do our surveys cost a fee?
Parkside Surveyors provides evidence-led findings for a stated fee. Parkside Construction is a related building arm, disclosed clearly, and you are under no obligation to use it for recommended repairs.
