About Parkside
Parkside Survey & Build helps buyers, homeowners, landlords and property professionals make informed decisions about buildings across Dorset. Parkside Surveyors provides pre-purchase property surveys, construction-led Level 2 and Level 3 homebuyer reports, and evidence-led damp and timber surveys, with clear written findings, limitations and practical next steps. When physical work is needed, Parkside Construction can provide a separate written quotation for damp remedial work, repairs, refurbishment or construction. There is no obligation to use our construction division after a survey: we inspect carefully, explain plainly and agree the scope and price before work begins.
Choose the right Parkside team
The services can follow one another, but they remain separate. A Parkside Surveyors report does not commit you to using Parkside Construction.

Straightforward pricing
We show fixed or starting prices only where they are approved. More complex reports and physical work are priced after the relevant property details are reviewed.
Pre-purchase damp survey: £250 + VAT. Parkside will confirm which service fits your enquiry. Any repair work is separate.

When you submit an enquiry, the website also stores the current page, referring hostname, a coarse source category and any campaign labels or advertising click identifiers already present in the page address. It does not store the full referring URL, create an advertising profile or set analytics cookies through the enquiry form.
