Who Needs a Property Condition Report?
This report can help an investor, homeowner or buyer understand the visible condition of the building before purchase or planned renovation.
What We Inspect
Our property condition report is a cohesive audit that covers:
- Masonry and movement indicators: Visible wall cracking, brickwork distortion, spalling bricks and deteriorated pointing.

When to Choose this Instead of a Damp-Only Survey
Damp-only surveys have a narrow scope. Often, damp issues are directly caused by structural problems (like cracked brickwork or leaking roof tiles). A Property Condition Report looks at the whole building system, identifying these related defects in a single comprehensive assessment.
Practical Repair Guidance
Material observations are supported by photographs where useful, an explanation of the likely cause and practical recommendations. Where further opening-up or specialist testing is needed, the report says so clearly.
